Vistaprint, a scaling $1B global ecommerce organization, and is adding to its Customer Insights team.
This team combines research, analytics and strategy expertise and works in partnership with teams across the organization to uncover market, customer and competitive insights that inform short and long-term business decisions. This is an opportunity for an experienced insights professional to help shape and execute a variety of research and analysis activities to uncover insights that will ultimately fuel business growth.
Your role will involve...
Working closely with team supporting business stakeholders that own the product & customer experience to understand their business questions, create and support a learning agenda to understand the customer and guide the strategy based on insights.
Leading research for strategic business questions and integrating data/insights from multiple sources (quantitative & qualitative studies, ux research, customer transaction data, and website activity) to guide strategic recommendations for the business
Being involved in projects and analysis spanning multiple business areas (brand, channels, product, pricing, etc) and research/analysis techniques
Adapting and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced organization, demonstrating flexibility to quickly respond to address business challenges in this agile and data-driven environment
Translating data and information into meaningful findings and insights that you are able to clearly communicate within your project team and to external stakeholders
Working to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization and team in order to work collaboratively to deliver against objectives
In return you will bring:
3 to 5 years hands-on experience in insights and market research, including planning, study development, conduct, analysis, charting, integration and summarizing data and insights across a variety of insights tools that enable understanding the online shopper (quantitative, qualitative, user experience research, etc.)
Confidence in performing exploratory data analysis independently and distilling to key insights and recommendations
Demonstrated problem solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences with data and strength in charting and representing data and information in creative and powerful ways
Ability to learn and quickly apply new tools and techniques, with business curiosity to understand how and where our insights can impact the business
Skills to effectively manage multiple projects supporting multiple internal stakeholders with strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel to perform analyses and incorporating findings into PowerPoint presentations. Familiarity with SPSS and/or MarketSight desirable. Programming experience in Qualtrics, Usertesting.com and other insights tools. Ability to program in a common data mining language such as SAS or SQL a plus. Familiarity with Tableau dashboards.
Related work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in-house market research/analysis team at an ecommerce company or a market research/analysis agency
