TIAG is hiring a Senior Research Analyst to join our team at Crystal City, VA.

The Senior Research Analyst must be a highly-motivated and forward-thinking individual who has a keen interest, proven skills and extensive experience in conducting research across the entire due diligence military spectrum.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assists in designing, collecting, developing, executing and implementing scientific research and/or development related to behavioral health, stress, and/or suicidality.

  • Assists in the development of study methodology.

  • Performs basic behavioral science research and data analysis.

  • Interpretation and application of data analyses.

  • Assists with the preparation of manuscripts and information papers.

  • Assists with the training of research assistants.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters/Doctoral degree in Psychology, Epidemiology, or Public Health

  • 2-5 years' experience in research design and instrumentation, and experience/interest in behavioral health, suicidality, and stress-related research.

  • Experience in research design and instrumentation for epidemiologic, clinical, public health or social psychology research, ability to perform behavioral science research including statistical data analysis using Stata, SPSS, SAS, or other statistical software; study design, interpretation of results, preparation of manuscripts and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are required.

  • Impeccable communication and cross-team coordination skills.

  • Clear oral, written and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills are required.

  • Great facilitation skills, with ability to lead by serving.

  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.
