Organizational Overview

Role Overview

The essential functions of Sr. Regulatory Compliance Analyst include researching and interpreting complex healthcare-related legislative/regulatory guidance, assessing and communicating the broader applicability of regulations to the company and its customers, consulting on complex or large-scope compliance related projects, and providing guidance on compliance matters. Sr. Regulatory Compliance Analysts monitor and perform complex research, analysis, and interpretation of published and proposed regulations. Demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of healthcare industry standards, compliance audits and the company's products and services, they determine the broader applicability of regulatory changes to the company and its customers and recommend appropriate actions. This role will assemble, lead, and/or consult on regulatory compliance related project teams to implement complex or large-scope technical and operational changes or enhancements to conform to new or updated regulations.


  • Monitor regulatory guidance sources to determine and communicate impact and strategize on solutions

  • Identify, investigate, document, and resolve complex compliance issues from a legislative/regulatory standpoint, judiciously engaging regulatory agencies as necessary.

  • Assist in developing business processes and procedures; developing and presenting in-depth education and training and documentation regarding new and updated regulations to account teams, internal business groups, and customers.

  • Facilitate and monitor customer compliance audits

  • Consult with project teams by outlining applicable regulations and assisting with determining how systems should respond given specific scenarios

  • Provide support to internal associates, external customers, and regulatory agents regarding compliance matters


  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master's degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience

  • 1 years' regulatory compliance experience or 4 years' Argus experience including a broad knowledge of Argus' processes (particularly around Medicare Part D), or 4 years' experience working in a PBM environment demonstrating a broad knowledge of how regulations impact the business and business decisions

  • Good written and verbal communication; proficient knowledge of PC software (e.g., M

We are looking for a Lead Regulatory Compliance Consultant who can manage regulatory compliance programs to deliver and support business-aligned outcomes. As a Lead Regulatory Compliance Consultant, you will lead strategy of highly complex, cross-functional regulatory programs. You will lead resources directly or indirectly, which may include people, data, and processes. You will also lead cross-functional process and continual improvement efforts for the regulatory program. Facilitate internal and external audits. You will also advise on risk mitigation strategy to adhere to the regulatory program. This position has the function of directing our patient financial services associates in regulatory compliance; maintaining the effectiveness of the Compliance Program; serving as a key resource for Medicare/Medicaid regulatory information; maintaining organizational compliance with applicable federal and state rules and regulations and acting as a consultative resource for reimbursement and regulatory issues. Works to develop strong relationships across the organization and works closely with management to develop, implement and maintain revenue compliance initiatives, projects and processes. Serves as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes an awareness and understanding of the Compliance Program. Advocates for compliant business practices and serves as a resource to the system regarding revenue compliance questions. Staffs and facilitates revenue compliance and other related meetings, both internally and with clients, as necessary.
