Overview: Seeking an experienced Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) to support Enterprise Transport Management (ETM) Engineering Change Proposal (ECPs) process. Experience with DISA JSP desired. Essential Job Functions Provide Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) Management and Support Analyze ECP requirements and develop a proposed technical solution that meets cost/schedule and ECP catalog requirements.

Develop and execute ECPs such as customer specific projects, system upgrades, Transport Network Modernization and Optimization, Systems Transitions and Technology refreshment projects. Involved with the full ECP Execution process - project approach, project plans, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Work Breakdown structure (WBS), Engineering Installation Plans (EIPs), Circuit Installation Plans (CIPs) and supporting project design and planning documents and cost elements. Involved with ECP completion and closeout process Prepare ECP updates and deliverables as required Basic Qualifications Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Related Field Clearance Requirements: Active DOD Secret Clearance Years of Experience: 10 years of relevant experience as a RCDD and 3 years as senior or lead RCDD in planning, and designing cable infrastructure that supports the DoD environment. Certification Requirements:

Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification Experience/Skill Requirement: Outstanding mathematics and IT abilities Performed site visits for data collection and evaluation of telecommunications and building technologies systems, equipment, components, and materials for projects with and without well-defined scopes Maintained Inside Plant cable infrastructure to include conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, fiber, and all associated elements. Developed EIPs required for installation of cable racks, wiring of the racks and testing required during installation.
