We’re looking for a Senior Registered Client Associate to: • support a private wealth management team in delivering exceptional client service and experience • work directly with sophisticated ultra-high net worth clients including corporate executives, business owners, family offices, multigeneration families and complex layered entities on daily inquiries and account servicing • assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities for select households • manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results • collaborate with all team members on various high-stakes and in-depth projects; including to ensure that client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements • help with the preparation and delivery of reports and other materials to clients Your team You will be working directly with an established and dynamic 10-person Private Wealth Management team in the New York City, Midtown office. As a Senior Registered Client Associate you will play a key client coverage role alongside a professional and highly respected team.

Your expertise • series 7 and 66 licenses required • bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in client service or operations within the finance sector • demonstrates high integrity, intelligence, and initiative • excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills • highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • detail oriented (nothing gets past you) • collaborative in nature with a proactive mindset and willingness to lead • a reputation of best-in-class professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients About us UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager. Salary information CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 based on experience, education, and skill level.
