Senior Regional Lean Manager

We have an opportunity for a Senior Regional Lean Manager to join our Enterprise team. You will identify, plan, manage and deliver key business results related to process efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and employee development, across all business functions for your strategic areas of responsibility. You will act as coach and mentor to the other Regional Lean Managers. This position will work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure that best practices and continuous improvement are a part of our culture.

You will:

• Coach and Mentor other Enterprise Regional Lean Managers across region

• Act as Lean Director during Lean Director's absence

• Develop strategy for region and be accountable for successful execution and sustainment.

• Organize, plan, and deliver team training based on the Lean principles throughout the whole Enterprise - internal manufacturing operations, business functions, supply chain, and customers.

• Provide strategic lean leadership and tactical support to a specific SBU (division) and/or region.

• Define measurable SQDCCP goals and objectives for lean activities.

• Teach, coach and mentor process owners and leaders on how to sustain results.

• Execute company strategy deployment associated with implementation of lean systems, in a fast-paced environment.

• Be a Liaison with management on Lean implementation.

Key Qualifications:

• Have earned at least a bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering, or another technical field.

• Have 7+ years of successful lean implementation experience with proven record of sustainable results.

• Have broad business knowledge and the ability to link customer needs with business processes.

• Have demonstrable experience in fundamental lean tools and concepts (VSM, 5S, Std Work, Continuous Flow, Transactional (Office) Lean, etc.).

• Possess strong analytical problem-solving skills (8 Step RCCM, 8D, DMAIC, etc.).

• Possess project management skills with the ability to support multiple projects and balance priorities through planning and execution.
