In this role, you'll be instrumental in building strong client relationships and developing a robust candidate network. For the first six months, you'll work directly with our CEO, gaining valuable insights as we build a team and position you to help lead our U.S. operations. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the future of our US business, working alongside a passionate, driven team to strategically build upon our successes in the US.

You will also participate in our EMI scheme—a five-year plan designed to reward your contributions with a significant payout when the company is sold. Requirements: 3 years experience in life sciences recruitment, specializing in any of the following markets - Commercial, Clinical, Biometrics, RA, QA, or Medical Devices. Experience Managing Key Accounts/Dealing with account holders and a comprehensive grasp of industry-specific skills and qualifications. A proactive mindset towards learning, readily embracing new challenges to broaden expertise and adapt to evolving industry landscapes.
