The Opportunity

You have the opportunity to transform healthcare from the ground up, literally; by building the technology teams that are disrupting the healthcare industry and primary care. Reporting to Saul Weiner, the Head of Recruiting, you will manage a highly motivated, high performing team of 6 tech recruiters. You'll partner with your peers in Clinical, Corporate and Patient Operations recruiting to build the most progressive recruiting team in the world, where the aspiration is to create the best candidate experience in the world. Period.

You'll leverage Greenhouse, Gem, Interviewschedule, Linkedin and other tools to help streamline the way we recruit. And you'll also partner with leaders in the Technology organization to hit hiring targets, making trade-offs and decisions to improve the candidate experience and hiring outcomes.

What you'll work on:

Excelling at achieving business results

  • Consistently work to improve candidate experience [NPS] over time

  • Hit agreed upon recruiting targets on time

  • Leverage recruiting and company resources as a steward of the business; and instill that in your team

  • Keep a sense of urgency, driven by motivation, within the team

  • Takes on some individual recruiting to keep close to how the work is done

Motivating team members to develop their craft and themselves

  • Constantly work to keep the team motivated

  • Develop team members leveraging team competencies with action plans in place and being executed

  • Role model and mentor for all recruiting team members on recruiting, including administrative tasks

  • Do not create an "us vs them" or "my boss told me to do it" environment. Make tough team member decisions in a timely, honest and forthright way

Managing the administrative process for full-cycle recruiting

  • Successfully manage full-cycle recruiting within our SLAs, leveraging shared systems and processes

  • Actively participate in continuous feedback and improvement of our tool and processes

  • Own forecasting, budgeting and capacity planning for your team

Managing and partnering with hiring managers and department leaders

  • Work with hiring managers to partner on talent strategy and target achievement

  • Iterate with internal stakeholders and recruiting leadership to continually improve hiring processes

  • Provide feedback to all stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, etc.) when needed

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • 3 years as a in-house people manager, in your most recent role, of more than 3+ teammates

  • Experience and success recruiting in a company with fast growth

  • Experience working directly, a material amount, with VP and C-Level executives

  • A work or educational background in a business or analytical field preferred, but not required

  • Tech recruiting experience preferred, but not required

  • Pushed yourself and helps others achieve results while helping people stay motivated. Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances

  • A history of making sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information, relying on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment when making decisions.

  • A focus on empowering others. Making each person feel his/her contributions are important; inviting input and shares ownership and visibility. And where you have created a climate in which people are motivated to their best to help the organization achieve its goals.

  • A stance of following through on commitments and makes sure others do the same, acting with a clear sense of ownership.

  • Shown consistency between words and actions. Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
