Position Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our warehouse operation, especially technical, high level or confidential roles.

• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.

• Work with interviewers and hiring managers to compile candidate recommendations and prepare applicant files for review by senior leadership.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruiting team.

• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting or a related HR function.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.

• Travel to job fairs, recruitment events and Uline's North American locations as needed.
