A Senior Corporate Recruiter is available through Belcan at one of our key clients in the Pittsburgh, PA area. To be consider for this role, you must have extensive high volume recruiting experience. In addition, you will be an expert in building pipelines of talent, sourcing via LinkedIn, using Boolean techniques, job boards, and networking. This is a contract to direct hire role, and must be able to fill a large volume of engineering/IT positions.
Assist the development and homogeneous use of the global HR informatics system in order to have a single and complete system and database (i.e. SAP HR Master Data)
Coordinate the recruitment management monitoring the activity at global level
Assist the company budget compliance and support the HR function to be aware of the business recruitment needs
Source and hire for a variety of functional areas with a special focus on engineering and the rail industry.
Keep business partners up to speed on recruitment progress through scheduled meetings and reporting
Responsibility of maintaining data accuracy in applicant tracking system
A team player mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive in
Required Skills/ Knowledge:
5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment
Must have extensive high volume recruiting experience
Experience using multiple recruiting sources (e.g. job boards, resume database search, social media, on-line recruiting, job fairs, networking, etc.)
Knowledge / Experience in utilizing on line recruiting
Attract passive talent through cold sourcing, ability to sell the position
Build exceptional relationships with candidates during the recruiting and on-boarding process.
Extensive expertise of how to source using Boolean techniques, LinkedIn and other social media and internet sites.
Experience with OFCCP and other regulatory requirements that impact recruiting
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Typing, leveraging the Web
Extend and negotiate offers.
Manages new hire processing, including offer letter creation and background check initiation.
Experience with TMS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience recruiting for technical positions in Software or Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical fields.
Successful technical head hunting/active recruiting experience sourcing candidates
Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
