Sodexo is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Facilities Management Services (virtual) to join our award-winning Talent Acquisition Department. In this role, you will source and recruit operational leaders and managers into the company's Corporate Services, hard and soft facilities management roles.
You will partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to learn their business objectives, growth strategies, and hiring needs. You will provide insight into the talent market, influencing with data and leveraging recruiting technology.
You will use your strong communication, organizational skills and technical knowledge to drive all aspects of recruitment to provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and business partners. The Senior Recruiter will source and screen for and fill a variety of positions in the areas of Engineering, Operations Management, Building Operations and Maintenance and will fill roles such as Reliability Engineers, Director of Facilities, Project Managers, and Technology Managers. You will source and develop pipelines for Class A Office Buildings, Life Sciences/Pharma, Technology and Manufacturing spaces.
Our ideal candidate will be a Talent Adviser and subject matter expert. You will drive the recruitment process, source and pipeline candidate for just-in-time and future openings, immerse yourself in Sodexo's business and provide quality recruitment solutions to our business partners. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to participate in strategic, high-impact projects and initiatives related to the ongoing development of the talent acquisition function.
This position will work virtually in a home-based office. Ideal candidates will reside in the areas of Boston, Massachusetts, Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Chicago, Illinois
Work closely with all hiring managers to execute the recruiting process
Source, screen and engage passive and active candidates
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talent
Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, events, and on-going relationship management

Handles all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for placement in exempt and nonexempt positions. May recruit some executive level employees.
May be involved in some college and professional/technical recruiting. Administers entire employment process including Career Center, testing, references, offer letters, etc. May assist line managers with the placement of employment advertising and related duties.
Develops and implements hiring forecast for assigned area. May travel extensively. May supervise one or more Recruiters.
