Senior Recruiter

Overview

The Global Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist for Rain Bird will be a self-driven, results-oriented recruiting professional who works well independently, but also as part of a geographically separated team. He/She will have a high degree of pride in work performed and strive to consistently influence the success of your organization. The Sr. Recruiter will work directly with hiring managers and other influencers in the recruiting process such as: identify the skills, experience, traits and motivations of highly qualified candidates. The Global Senior Recruiter will source, present and coordinate interviews and travel during the recruitment cycle of a candidate.

Responsibilities

• Work with the hiring manager and other influencers in the recruiting process; identify the skills, experience, traits, and motivations that we are looking for in candidates.

• Source candidates for various openings in various disciplines with the necessary skills and experience.

• Improve our recruiting process and improve on key recruiting metrics.

• Become market smart, to be most effective in the recruitment process.

• Ensure that we are using our internal networks to fill a large percentage of open positions.

• Prepare and deliver training on various topics for hiring managers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience preferred with a track record of success in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment; prior recruiting experience working with a global firm is highly desirable.

• Proven skills in sourcing candidates using a variety of methods like database searches, internet job postings, campus recruitment, cold calling, candidate referrals and networking.

• Outstanding client service orientation and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of management in a matrix environment.

• Experience establishing priorities and partnering with Sourcing Resource(s)

• Must be a self-starter, strong team player; and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.

• Prior experience with a web-based applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS.

• Excellent candidate sourcing skills

• Proven process improvement and project management experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience recruiting software/firmware/tech lead engineers.

• HR Generalist experience

• English-Spanish Bilingual

• Advanced Degree
