We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter that will lead all recruitment efforts in our New York office.
The ideal candidate has a pulse on the advertising and media markets and understands the nuances of the critical positions. They are a curious and passionate people person. They strive to understand the different team dynamics and identify those that help complement and strengthen teams, not just fill seats.
The Senior Recruiter will be an ambassador of Giant Spoon and promote the employer brand within the industry. Their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for all departments including Creative, Strategy, Experiential. Media, Account, and Operations
Meet with hiring managers monthly and develop trust
Communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders
Partner with hiring teams to execute sourcing and interviewing strategies and help design interview panels and processes
Maintain open roles, referrals, and candidates within our applicant tracking system
Promote and monitor the internal referral program within the organization and communicate the process and eligibility
Excellent candidate rapport
Demonstrated diversity and inclusion hiring strategies
5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting for advertising, media, and marketing roles.
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
Experience working in an advertising/marketing agency a plus
Pays very close attention to the details
Applicant tracking system expertise
Strong organizational, interpersonal and project management skills
