As we scale our organization to support new customers and expand our products, we are looking to hire an Engineering Recruiter that will play an integral role in helping us hit our ambitious growth plan. Working alongside our growing People team, you will use your full cycle recruiting experience to source, recruit and close exceptional talent.

You have more than 3 years of recruiting experience, a proven track record of closing technical and non-technical talent, and have an in-depth knowledge of the best recruiting platforms and tools.

Your recruiting focus will be aimed at hiring the software engineering, product, & data science talent that fuels our ability to create beautiful data-driven products. We're not looking for just a sourcer, but rather a full stack and ambitious talent acquisition strategist. What we look for
3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience with a specific focus on technical roles.
Proven experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages that require a high degree of detail.
A diligent work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing and changing demands.
Solid foundation in and understanding of software engineering and technical concepts, to partner with hiring managers and quickly understand Enigma's expanding technology stack and product architecture.
You are a strong and personable communicator who can provide a unique and impactful recruiting experience while developing lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers alike.
You have a passion for technology, a deep knowledge of the technology community and a high-level understanding of relevant programming languages.
Experience with different ATS and recruiting platforms. Greenhouse experience a plus!
