This vast trove of information holds knowledge that could fundamentally transform our understanding of human biology, health, and disease.

The critical role of our computer scientists, software engineers, informaticians, mathematicians, and others who make up our data science community is to build dynamic tools to store, curate and analyze insights and share data rapidly, efficiently, openly, accurately, and broadly.

You're a Technical Expert: You have built and consistently maintain a strong macro (industry level) and micro (role specific level) knowledge to build credibility and strengthen your ability to serve as a trusted recruitment partner. You really know where the best talent in the data science community lives, and you know how to recruit them.

You're a storyteller: You know how to talk about organizational structure, culture, success stories, and future road map of the groups you support. These customized stories help candidates discover the rich and fulfilling experiences that Broad has to offer.

  • You create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience. You build strong relationships with your candidates, engaging with them throughout the recruiting process.

  • You provide white glove service for your hiring leaders and share best practices on writing job descriptions, interviewing, debriefs, assessment tools, etc.

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of recruitment experience with an emphasis on technical recruiting. i.e Software Engineering, Computational Biology, Machine Learning, Data Science

  • Ability to self-direct work and comfort dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities

  • Lead with authenticity and know how to "speak the language" to your hiring leaders and candidates
