You really know where the best talent in the data science community lives, and you know how to recruit them.

You're a storyteller: You know how to talk about organizational structure, culture, success stories, and future road map of the groups you support. These customized stories help candidates discover the rich and fulfilling experiences that Broad has to offer.

  • Ability to self-direct work and comfort dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities

  • Lead with authenticity and know how to "speak the language" to your hiring leaders and candidates
