This position is key to the executive staffing & talent development team. The Senior Lead Recruiter works closely w/ the Director, the Learning & Organizational Development team, &/or other key & strategic human resource functions to assure that the program attracts, cultivates, & identifies top talent/candidates for key leadership opportunities throughout the National Program (i.e., Program Offices, Regions & Service Areas, etc.). This will include developing searches & staffing strategies, i.e., search/staffing plans, creating leadership job profiles w/ executives, identifying diverse internal & external talent pools, developing industry & candidate/talent research & scouting documents, performing cold calls, collecting competitive intelligence data & identifying appropriate search mediums to support executive staffing; all phases of recruitment, selection, assessment, & client management.
Under direction of Director, ES & the Manager of Leadership Development, the Senior Lead Recruiter will also be an active participant in helping to champion initiatives regarding our "experience management" & "leadership diversity" initiatives to support the Leadership Development & National Diversity priorities & agendas. This may include developing tools & templates & providing an array of consulting services under the direction of senior team Directors. The Senior Lead Recruiter is also responsible for overall "hands-on" management of staffing for a business function. As a working recruitment professional, plan & implement all activities relating to staffing strategy, sourcing, recruiting, candidate development, selection, & hiring for all levels of candidates for the organization.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
