As part of the Talent Acquisition function, the Recruiter will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategic sourcing strategies to support professional staffing across multiple business units with a heavy, but not exclusive, focus on IT and Engineering.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading and driving innovative sourcing programs for wide varieties of roles. They will be passionate and relentless in their ability to identify, engage and onboard top talent for these key positions. The Recruiter will partner with our internal customers, business partners, and leaders performing strategic research and data-driven sourcing activities to support the hiring of talent in key salaried roles. They will play an essential role in tracking industry events, technology trends, and changes which may impact our existing best practices. They will understand the importance of diversity in talent and will use proven techniques to incorporate it into their recruiting strategies.
Build and drive innovative strategies to improve quality candidate generation through vendor tools, recruiting technology solutions, and other platforms such as social media, web-based advertising, mobile, etc.
Evaluate and adjust process to improve the experience for candidates
Work with leadership to review, edit and create recruiting materials that advertise our positions in a positive manner and drive high applicant interest.
Identify new candidate channels and prioritize program needs based on business requirements and develop the business case for new initiatives.
Develop appropriate metrics and scorecards to track and monitor success.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong bias for action. Act as a highly productive project manager for complex sourcing projects.
Past experience managing and implementing large-scale sourcing strategies.
Ability to maintain relentless attention to details, driving process and managing to goals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce well thought out recommendations based on data.
A working knowledge of current, best in class, recruiting practices.
