We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will be responsible for executing on the company's hiring strategy. You will recruit for a diverse set of roles spanning engineering and corporate functions.
You must be comfortable working in ambiguity and will be expected to act as an ambassador of the company and must have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. We're looking for someone who thrives in a learning environmentunafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas.
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment, ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact, onsite interviews all the way through until the onboarding process
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams and senior leadership providing insights and recommendations on all things interviewing and recruiting.
Understand and the technical and functional aspects of job requisition and its requirements.
Utilize existing tools (Linkedin, Indeed, other job boards) and social networking to source and discover innovative sourcing strategies to generate a diverse slate of candidates
Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams
Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on creative recruiting trends and practices
Our ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of recruitment experience
Strong command of data and experience using it to influence internal customers or change your own approach and advocacy for experimentation
Ability to effectively evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
Tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, and communities
Must be willing to multi task and has the ability to work on multiple requirements.
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (At a fast-growing startup, they often do)
An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment, the ability to learn quickly, and no desire to take yourself too seriously.
