About the Job

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing recruiting and hiring for all areas of their specific program. The ideal candidate will play an instrumental role towards owning and delivering successful hiring targets, ranging from front-line employees (volume hiring) and helping to further grow the corporate-level management team.

As Senior Recruiter, You Will

  • Manage multiple requisitions inclusive of the inflow of applicants
  • Evaluate and select appropriate candidates to enter and complete the interview process
  • Conduct interview/video interviews with candidates to assess their cultural fit, overall abilities, potential and fit for the role
  • Possess the discretion to make subjective assessment of candidates
  • Recommend or dismiss a candidate based on independent judgment
  • Conduct interviews for company roles that are substantial and impactful to the overall business performance
  • Interpret and contribute to the standards provided for candidates to be judged upon, and come up with creative solutions to discover/uncover these attributes or find and create comparative standards that will achieve the same end result

Requirements

As Senior Recruiter, You Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment or related industry
  • Experience with HR policies/working within HR teams (preferred)
  • An operational background within a contact center environment (an asset)
  • Familiarity with an online Applicant Tracking System (an asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic, changing environment, while adapting to innovation
  • Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, build relationships, and drive influence with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Adept skills in advertising, social media, presentations, internet groups, and current relationships to help create candidate pipelines to meet the companys goals
  • Effective skills in goal setting, planning, and monitoring of all results
  • Ability to be resourceful and can find the perfect candidates fit for our culture
  • Excellent attention-to-detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
