As a Senior Real Estate Paralegal, you will support attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception to closing. Responsibilities include: Drafting and reviewing documents (purchase agreements, leases, financing) Conducting due diligence, title, and survey review Coordinating closing preparations and post-closing activities Managing timelines and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties Qualifications: 3 years of real estate paralegal experience in New York City Proficiency with real estate software and legal research tools Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred Interested in hearing more?
