Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in areas of commercial real estate transactions; real estate development; leasing; land use and zoning; and mortgage lending.

A demonstrated understanding of real property law and real estate finance; and the ability to handle significant responsibility. Significant client interaction will be expected, along with strong written and oral communication skills, creative problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for business generation. Our team is closely following the new climate change rules in Maryland and how that will impact building requirements.
