We are looking for talented senior Radar Engineers in the areas of Hardware Design, Firmware Design, Embedded Software, and Systems & Signal Processing. We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to provide technical leadership over, help secure funding for, and advance our radar products. The job requires quick thinking and an ability to grasp complex systems. These are some of the things that are important to us:

You have a graduate degree, and have at least 10 years' experience working with radar and other relevant sensor systems.
You have experience in Radar Systems and Signal Processing such as:
Deriving requirements including radar range equation, clutter modeling, phase noise modeling, modeling receiver systems
Writing proposals and providing ROMs for RIFs, BAAs, and SBIRs for a variety of radar systems
Radar SAR algorithms, including back projection, RDA, FDA, frequency techniques, autofocus and change detection
GMTI systems, including: clutter cancelling algorithms, STAP, angle estimation (monopulse, MUSIC, etc.), CFAR detection, target tracking, I/Q processing, windowing, pulse compression, etc.
Python, C++, and machine learning
MHT, scan patterns, steerable arrays
