Job Duties: Plan, conduct and direct engineering projects or studies encompassing complete projects or portions of major projects.

Determine methods and techniques to be used or adapt standard methods to meet variations. Coordinate phases of work internally and externally and may direct activities of technical support staff. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) & Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and product/processes in base business.

Utilize Quality Engineering (QE) tools and practices for the effective and efficient development, transfer and maintenance of products/processes throughout the product lifecycle. Utilize QE principles and analytical skills, improving and maintaining products/processes aligned with the overall Quality and Business vision. Utilize appropriate risk management to prevent unanticipated failure modes and improve capability of processes.
