Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required:
In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.
Minimum Years of Experience:

Computer and Information Science, Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics ?
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of an Agile/Scrum delivery model & reporting defects;
Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications;
Experience working within Selenium/C#, Git and Azure DevOps;
Experience creating and executing both regression and feature test cases;
Demonstrating experience with manual testing, automated testing, mobile testing, non-functional testing (such as performance, load, usability, security, stress, and scalability), and continuous testing (CI/CD, DevOps);
Demonstrating thorough verbal and written communication skills;
Demonstrating experience using Jira or Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS);
Demonstrating thorough presentation skills using GSuite tools and effective delivery;
Being able to work in a fast-paced environment with ambitious deadlines; and,
Demonstrating ability to work with multiple teams (onshore, offshore, and/or nearshore).
