You'll be joining our Customer 360 development team which is responsible for building software products that support our Sales and Marketing teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with and across Customer 360 Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies.

  • Leverage DevOps concepts that promote good quality and automation practices

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test cases that are automatable within Azure DevOps

  • Create system or business process flow diagrams

  • Utilize structured query language (SQL) for data mining and data seeding purposes

  • Identify critical path regression scenarios and create test suites for our applications

  • Conduct root cause analysis and participate in debugging activities

  • Participates in release/sprint planning activities and daily stand-up meetings

  • Participates in user story creation, backlog refinement scrum ceremonies ensuring appropriate test acceptance criteria, test cases, and test plans are in place

  • Provide story points estimates for quality deliverable portion of a user story

  • Accountable for regular status updates to all assigned sprint tasks during daily stand-up meetings

  • Serve as a role model and technical contributor on Agile teams to promote quality, innovative, and scalable solution delivery.

  • Lead quality assurance efforts of the department and serve as a subject matter expert to other Quality Engineers

  • Mentor those around you and participate in design and architecture discussions

  • Lead the quality center of excellence and standardize process on multiple teams

  • Create an automation framework for testing our CRM UI - using Selenium with C# or similar framework

  • Own the ongoing maintenance of the automation framework and build skills of the other team members so they can contribute new test cases

  • Be a team player with a desire to work hard and collaborate with other team members.

  • Exhibit self-motivation to proactively drive tasks to completion.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related fields. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as quality engineer required

  • 3+ years' experience working in an Agile Scrum team environment required

  • Ability to problem solve and implement solutions

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and tools

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability and dedication to meeting aggressive deadlines while ensuring quality delivery

  • Proficient in writing test cases, executing test cases and bug tracking

  • Proficient in automation UI framework creation and maintenance

  • Knowledge of performance testing and API regression testing

  • Ability to understand and embrace our SDLC, business processes, and strategy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members and customers

  • High degree of honesty, ethics and integrity with prior work experience handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms, APIs and integrations

  • Experience with the Genesys Call Center and Cloud platforms or telecom equivalent

  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI

  • Proficiency in SQL

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud service platform solutions

  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment

  • Experience in Azure DevOps

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus!
