T-Rex Solutions is seeking a qualified Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to support the Hill Component Enterprise Data Center IT Operations and Maintenance Services program located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah (HAFB). This program aims to modernize legacy USAF network infrastructure and migrate services into a new AWS Cloud Environment. For any candidates not already local to the Ogden, UT area, T-Rex is offering a relocation support package to assist with moving costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and review/analyze data and documentation.

  • Develop and implement company and regulatory quality standards.

  • Coordinate QA training program and provide training within the Quality Assurance team.

  • Administer a QA system.

  • Address and resolve Corrective or Preventive actions.

  • Assist in the review and approval of deviation notices and investigations generated by technical departments.

  • Assist management in overseeing the investigation system for all technical departments.

  • Participate in auditing specific aspects of the company's ISO quality systems, report all findings to issue corrective action plans, and verify effective corrective action.

  • Participate in review and approval of department SOPs.

  • Maintain the company's Change Control System.

  • Serve as a QA subject matter expert.

  • Perform complex work/assignments.

  • Contribute to process improvements.

  • Resolve problems using existing solutions.

  • Has working knowledge of basic concepts and procedures.

  • Perform a variety of routine tasks or assignments.

  • May provide input to employee performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT related field with five (5) or more years of experience in Information Security, Vulnerability Management or related field. A Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience may be substituted.

  • Must possess an Interim or Active Secret Clearance or higher

  • Strong technical writing skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in delivering training programs, with excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Windows base applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Desired Skills:

  • Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).

  • Certified Software Quality Engineer (CCSQE).

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
