As an IT senior quality assurance analyst, you'll be part of the Claims BI team focused on enhancing Claims Business Intelligence solutions. These solutions aim to deliver industry-leading capabilities in usability, cost efficiency, and rapid product deployment. The impact of this program has the potential to redefine the development, testing, implementation, and support of Information Technology solutions at Progressive. You'll engage in our FaST methodologies within our development team, supporting critical business initiatives to transform the platform's product and maintenance functionalities. In this role, you'll focus on manual testing using various techniques including functional, risk-based, data, ETL and testing reports. You'll also help identify opportunities for automation testing.

This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with writing advanced Microsoft SQL queries and data testing.
• Experience with end-to-end testing - front end, ETL and Power BI report testing.
• Experience with FaST or other iterative development methodologies
• Experience with writing Azure DevOps test plans
• Experience with appropriate testing techniques and tools to test complex business and technical requirements (i.e., Intellilead, Blackbox testing, Regression testing, API testing, database testing, and experience identifying opportunities for automation and running automated tests etc.)

Compensation

• $104,700 - $116,300/year
• Gainshare annual cash performance incentive payment bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
