Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing

  • Design and implement product features including reusable components, frameworks and libraries in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders

  • Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions

  • Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software

The complexity of this role can be challenging. We deal with huge amounts of data across our entire enterprise. Everything you work on will have implications that impact others. We'll provide the most up-to-date technology, but you'll need to provide creativity, critical thinking and clarity on an every day basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of Python development experience

  • Shell scripting experience

  • Hands-on experience in RDBMS

  • Proven experience using Agile/Scrum methodology

  • Expertise across the entire Software Development Life Cycle

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Big Data

  • Substantial knowledge/experience leveraging a variety of libraries (for example, those applicable to machine learning)

  • Understanding of SOA design principles

  • Working knowledge of APIs

  • Experience in the health care industry

Primary Responsibilities: * Focuses on broad organizational/ professional issues and projects * Consistently provides practical/relevant ideas and perspectives on process or practice improvements which may easily be implemented * Coaches others in the application of this competency, translating complex nuances related to this competency into easy to understand terms * Participates in senior-level discussions * Participates in the development of reference and resource materials on this competency * Manage all aspects of large-scale business priority projects with significant financial impact * Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives * Monitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards * Develop, communicate and implement program and project risk, issue management plans and strategies * Utilize rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions, reach sound business judgment, execute plan and engage mid-course corrections as required * Recognize risks proactively and utilize appropriate resources to develop mitigation strategies that minimize customer and operational impact * Analyze root cause issues, problem solve and provide key recommendations for implementation process improvements * Analyze trends & develop innovative customer-specific solutions in collaboration with cross functional teams * Effectively perform project management role including utilization of support tools: Charter / Scope, Project Plan, IRAD/Issue Log, Lessons Learned, etc. * Ensure deliverables are met within scope/timeframe/resource constraints * Be a change leader -
