Senior P&T Program Manager

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Lead Cross-Functional Programs: Partner with multiple engineering leads to drive cross-functional programs from conception to delivery, managing timelines, planning, requirements, and dependencies.

• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive alignment across the organization and between teams.

• Communication: Provide clear, timely, and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issue alerts to the executive team.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and mobilize resources to resolve them efficiently.

• Task Coordination: Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and track risks to schedule and product quality, including managing cross-functional dependencies.

• Influence and Policy: Influence parties within and outside the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

• External Communication: May be responsible for communicating with external parties such as customers and vendors.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Enterprise Attitude and Technical Curiosity: A proactive approach to managing complex projects with a strong business sense and technical curiosity.

• Program/Project Management: 5+ years of experience in program/project management, successfully leading highly cross-functional software development projects.

• Large Program Leadership: Experience leading large programs from requirements gathering, collaboration with product and design teams, through software development and release qualification while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Client/Server Software Products: Demonstrated experience in orchestrating the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products under demanding timelines, managing multiple work streams cross-functionally across a large organization.

• Customer-Facing Products: Previous experience building customer-facing products/services with a foundational understanding of technical details.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the appropriate audience.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

• Abstract Idea Communication: Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives.

• Educational Background: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $137,080-$171,350 CA generally ranges; $143,040-$178,800 All other locations fall under our General State range; $119,200-$149,000 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
