Senior Property Accountant

(DOE) Plus bonus structure What You’ll Be Doing: You will prepare monthly bank reconciliations, and record monthly adjusting and accrual entries.

You will monitor cash balances and recommend capital calls and distributions from and to investors. You will assist in the annual audit budget, annual audit, and tax returns. Record payment receipts & process monthly tenant billings.

You will send out monthly billings to tenants. You will monitor any past due amounts and account for overages. What You’ll Need to be Considered:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting or finance. 3 years of Property Accounting experience. Thorough knowledge of GAAP. What could set you apart:
