Location: Kansas City

Senior Project/Program Manager/Lead

This resources will have responsibility for defining the cross functional scope within the IT Modernization program and leading the delivery of key infrastructure, process, and tools implementation and adoption. The ideal candidate will have exhibited proficiency in these areas through Multiple similar implementations involving for IT and/or telecom where Amdocs applications, services, and tools were utilized to transform the back office and front end services functions. Must be able to illustrate an executive acumen that supports the Senior level communication requirements that accompany these responsibilities while also being able to translate expectations between Senior executives to the working project teams in collaboration with the PMO.

Job Summary Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as primary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and with maximum client satisfaction. Handles the most complex projects of the largest magnitude. Essential Responsibilities * Has full responsibility for managing all aspects of project(s). Prepares strategic plans for project success. Serves as primary liaison contact with the clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and with client satisfaction. * Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. * Actively manages client's budget, schedule and program as well as HNTB's budget and schedule. Responsible for project communications and documentation. Oversees office administrative tasks and project team assignments. * Provides oversight and monitoring of work to less experienced project managers. Coordinates work efforts and reviews work performed. Schedules and manages for integration of quality management during all phases of a project. * Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on the most complex projects of the largest magnitude. * Responsible for performance evaluations, work allocation, training and mentoring of staff. * Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture/Design, or Architectural/Civil Engineering 12 Years of related experience RA, RID or PE Certifications/Licenses Preferred Qualifications/Skills * Ability to anticipate changes and demonstrates flexibility * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs including MS Word; MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. * Working knowledge of Revit application to design and MS Project is preferred. * History of successful leadership on complex projects * Previous experience leading projects and teams on complex projects * IND General Work Conditions Office Environment: Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to potentially unpleasant working conditions. Incumbent must have the ability to stand and sit frequently, and reach horizontally as well as vertically for overhead use.
