Description

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Senior Project Technician to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various office tasks, as well as providing administrative support to our team.

As the Senior Project Technician, you are instrumental in ensuring efficient and effective completion of project deliverables. Your responsibilities encompass liaising with various departments, monitoring project timelines, promptly finalizing reports and correspondence, ensuring accuracy of document and submittal preparation, and overseeing junior project technician staff. Additionally, you will oversee office supplies, manage correspondence, and coordinate meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to engineers and project managers

• Maintain office supplies and equipment

• Coordinate events, meetings, and appointments

• Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports

• Assist with project budget tracking and invoicing

• Maintain project files and records

• Prepare expense reports

• Communicate with clients and vendors as needed

• Support with onboarding new hires

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 8+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an engineering or construction environment

• Experience with PennBID and Deltek Vantagepoint a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy
