Job Description:
Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. May provide customer support, handle incoming orders, verify customer purchase order accuracy, confirm purchase order with customer, resolve discrepancies, and provide technical support. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.
Job Requirements:
Project specialist to actively participate in department projects work groups and committees and provide recommendations to achieve goals. Collaborate with the key internal stakeholders to ensure contracts in place for the customers so they get correct pricing and discounts on all sales orders. Collect and analyze data for the department. Manager Respond to customer, or sales representative inquiries, and order entry.
Monitor Project Performance, publish progress in the Daily Meetings
Collaborate with internal Legal and Sales team on changes to Contracts and Pricing
Closely work with Envista team on DSO and Non-DSOs Contracts which includes input notes in SAP, attaching Hierarchy# to the new account
Ensuring appropriate and accurate customer hierarchies are placed on customer's account
Alert the Sales team of expiring contracts 60 days in advance
Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
Is responsible for evaluating account information and documented correspondence, completing administrative tasks, and making sound business decisions prior to issuing a Credit or Rebill
CRM utilization - Dynamics & database management / maintain, analyze, and enrich our CRM database with quality data
Complete all administrative work in a timely manner
Collaborate with field sales, marketing, warehouse, training and education, accounting and returns department as needed for customer orders, account pricing set up and contracts
Intermediate to advanced experience in SAP
Knowledge of MS Dynamics (CRM)
Experience as Data Analyst
Strong communication and presentations skills

Target Market Salary Range:

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
$25.20 - $36.30 per hour
