Halff has an immediate opening in our Little Rock, AR office for a Senior Project Manager, P.E. who brings 8 + years of a proven track record of hands-on experience in Public Works.

This position requires strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with local entities. This position will have a large amount of autonomy in managing other professional engineers, engineers-in-training, and CAD designers.

• Public Works Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

• PE License in Arkansas, or transferable within 2 months

• 8+ years of experience in utility and public works design

• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred.

• Good technical writing and communication skills

• Experience in project scope development, professional services fee development and staffing projections.

• Experience in producing winning project proposals as lead professional/project manager.

• Strong ability to train and mentor staff.

• Must be proficient in project management, administration, and supervision.

• Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices and various disciplines.

• Positive attitude, self-directed
