Specific activities may change from time to time. * Run point for companywide corporate projects and initiatives. * Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators and prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders * Meet with leaders throughout the organization to understand needs, and determine actionable steps to reach a resolution * Create, communicate, and audit various organizational initiatives and rely progress back to key stakeholders in the business * Serve as the Technical Writer for companywide policies and procedures * Facilitate organizing team data (vendors, space management, contacts, contracts, etc.) * Serve as main point of contact for SharePoint communication * Utilize the HEAT ticketing system to keep leaders abreast of ticketing request and status Minimum Skills and Competencies: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
