Our Opportunity:

The Sales and Service Enablement team supports the achievement of business outcomes by enabling the field to serve our clients through impactful delivery of initiatives. A Senior Manager will provide project management expertise to a multi-faceted transformational program that will evolve how we serve our clients in our service centers.

What you'll do:

While primarily supporting a sales transformation program, a Senior Manager will:

  • Build and cultivate relationships with field and business initiative partners to advocate for field experiences that lead to positive client experiences

  • Manage program roadmaps from start to finish involving deadlines, milestones and processes

  • Guide team to deliver against the agreed upon project schedule

  • Create, coordinate, analyze, and communicate program surveys and scorecards

  • Where appropriate, enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and processes

  • Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed

  • Create and execute end-to-end change & implementation plans within the program

  • Proactively identify business opportunities and provide solutions to enhance process efficiency within the program

  • Provide a disciplined and strategic approach to projects, include appropriate stakeholders, and leverage strong partnerships to drive progress and achieve results for the firm

  • Initiate and set goals for initiatives according to the strategic objectives of the organization

Key Partners include, but are not limited to:

Investor Services Field Leaders, Employee Communications, Schwab Business Learning, Strategy, Client Service & Support, and Operations

Factors for Success:

  • Highly skilled project manager with ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders to deliver on schedule

  • Ability to identify success measures, develop survey questions, analyze results, and create appropriate findings that represent program progress

  • A self-starter with an eye toward continually improving processes that deliver excellent client service.

  • Strong in anticipating and resolving problems within owned initiatives.

  • Superior communication, interpersonal and listening skills for use across all levels of the firm.

  • Keen ability to manage multiple and changing priorities, work though ambiguity, and think creatively

  • Ability to identify risks and issues and identify mitigation strategies

  • Able to manage multiple projects that vary in scope and complexity simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and is able work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with little supervision

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or post-grad degree highly preferred

  • 5+ years in leading large initiatives required

  • Prior experience in financial services or sales organizations preferred

  • Outstanding "soft" skills - including the ability to work well with a diverse range of partners

  • Skilled in operating at both strategic and tactical levels

  • Curiosity, a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Sound judgment and an ability to identify and manage trade-offs

  • Strong analytical skills, creativity and pragmatism in problem solving, and resourcefulness

  • Expert knowledge with the suite of Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

This position can be located from Cleveland, OH. This is a high-profile role serving the needs of our remediation and industrial clients across our operations. The qualified candidate will be responsible for scope, scale and budget as well as working closely with the customer on a daily basis. Experience as a Project Manager is a must. Experience in geosynthetic liner systems and installs on landfill cells, open pit goldmines, industrial and coal ash clients and nuclear power plants recommended. TtAEG is seeking a Project Manager to manage various geosynthetic project sites across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing estimating, project management, budget, technical support, client interaction and indirect staff supervision for a variety of solid waste management related projects. Typical projects AEG's involved in include drilling, landfill gas & leachate systems construction and collection, waste water treatment, control system compliance, maintenance and repair, geosynthetic lining and engineering. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Perform work with an unwavering focus on safety, maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment * Proactively provide the highest quality services and superior value to our clients * Participating in and leading project teams in the planning, design and construction administration of geosynthetic projects * Client interaction, presentations and project coordination. * Must have supervisory experience on civil projects (or equivalent accredited degree/s) * Work with and around heavy construction equipment and excavations on landfills, industrial sites, power plants, gold mines, and coal ash sites. * Coordinating work activities by various technical staff and consultants including developing and implementing study and design standards for consultants to follow, leading progress meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, tracking project schedules, and budgets. * Coordinating work activities and communicating with various municipalities and governmental regulating agencies * Oversee construction contract management and observation services * Demonstrate professional technical writing and verbal skills Qualifications * BS in Civil, Construction management or Environmental Engineering (MS is preferred) * 5 - 10 years of experience required in Waste/Geosynthetic discipline, (or landfill gas systems) particularly as a water/wastewater engineer designing (study, plans and specifications) municipal water and/or wastewater treatment and collection/distribution projects * Progressive experience in the evaluation, design, permitting and construction administration of liner installs, survey equipment, and material handling equipment * Demonstrated project management experience including budget and schedule monitoring and control responsibilities * Experienced in client relations and business development * Leader and team player possessing strong planning and organizational skills * Local client experience is a plus. * Extensive experience with state and federal environmental regulations and regulatory negotiations * Must pass drug test, background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving (MVR) policy Tetra Tech AEG strives on our unparalleled service to our clients.
