TITLE: Senior Project Manager - RPA SW Engineering

GRADE:10

LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of complex RPA projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering successful outcomes.

• Embrace an agile, continuous improvement philosophy and is passionate about achieving excellence.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among Project Stakeholders, including business owners, IT teams, RPA Software Engineers, and management, to ensure alignment and progress tracking.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers and teams, ensuring effective project execution and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify RPA opportunities, evaluate business cases, and develop justifications for RPA implementation.

• Identify and recommend potential process improvement and transformation opportunities.

• Conduct detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies, discrepancies, complexities, adjustments, non-value adds, defects, etc.

• Record selected processes for automation.

• Model AS-IS process flows using Adonis software and describe business processes to understand sequential steps, inputs, outputs, and hand-offs.

• Develop comprehensive Process Definition Documents (PDD) and To-Be process maps, ensuring clarity and alignment with business requirements.

• Use JIRA Tool for Project tracking; prepare JIRA user stories and adequate IT Review user stories for deployments.

• Ensure necessary on-time Arch Review approvals and Account Creation for RPA solutions.

• Conduct SME and process owner guidance to understand and validate processes, resulting in getting official approvals for each part of the documentation.

• Create and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.

• Assist and support Software Engineers during the development and remove all potential roadblocks.

• Participate in and/or conduct testing related to the implementation of automation/robotic solutions.

• Proactively monitor and maintain projects, identify risks, and potential issues, and implement proposed improvements and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Conduct periodic analysis of business data as directed by management and provide input and assistance in the development of the team's priorities.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Project Management role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related field

• Experience in IT project development

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Advance skills and competency in Adonis, JIRA, and MS Office Tools

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Innovative and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including email proficiency

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines

Additional qualifications

• Experience in the Banking Industry. Supporting Banking customers is highly preferred

• Additional certifications, a valid PMP designation from the PMI, and/or experience as a Scrum Master using the Agile methodology are assets

• Able to wear multiple hats while navigating freely between business, technical, execution, operations, etc.

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation and Automation tools (UiPath, MS Power Platform, Celonis)

• Knowledge of tools such as MS Power BI/MS Power Automate
