As the Senior Project Manager R&D Spine, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals. This role offers a balance of challenging assignments, opportunities for personal development, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Specialize in new product development processes and metrics

• Lead and manage projects within the R&D Spine department from initiation to completion.

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring meticulous execution and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Handle project communications to all cross-functional project team members and partners, which may include: project websites, meeting minutes, status reports, presentations, and any other detailed project information needed.

• Proactively assess and address potential challenges to ensure project success.

• Communicate project progress, potential problems, and challenges to individuals at all levels involved.

• Serve as point of contact for all internal partners (manufacturing, accounting, purchasing, sterilization, packaging, regulatory, quality, clinical, etc.) regarding project activities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
