Ware Malcomb is hiring for a Senior Project Manager / Project Architect in the Architecture Studio of our Downtown Los Angeles office!

The Senior Project Manager/ Project Architect will be responsible for the successful management of multiple architecture projects whilst leading and mentoring staff. Our Los Angeles office works on an exciting portfolio of projects including ground up office, creative renovation/adaptive reuse, office, industrial, and retail projects.

Senior Project Manager/Architect

  • Assist the Studio Manager in maintaining QA program

  • Provide technical support and become a technical resource to the architecture studio.

  • Manage select projects or accounts

  • Collaborate with Studio Manager and Operations Manager to maintain ongoing staff training initiatives.

Senior Project Manager/Architect

  • 15+ years of experience in the field of Architecture working on a variety of ground-up and core and shell renovation projects.

  • Thorough knowledge of the local jurisdictions and applicable codes.

  • Strong construction administration experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or higher

  • AutoCAD and Revit skills

  • Architectural License preferred

  • Proven record of managing several project teams

  • Healthcare, science and technology project experience preferred
