Job Description:
The Content Marketing Creative team is hiring a Sr. Project Manager to help drive our Marketing Campaigns into the marketplace.

You are able to connect the dots across a multitude of different but inter-connected areas.
You are detail oriented, have an obsessive need for order, and find pleasure in running the show.

Work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams to project manage small to large-scale creative projects
Develop milestones and schedules for projects, ensuring project team and stakeholder alignment
Distill and translate complex information into clear takeaways and actions for the team
Understand and identify key interdependencies and critical path tasks, as well as anticipate potential issues.
Proactively keep team members on deadlines in an effective but positive way.
Communicate project statuses, flagging and troubleshooting issues, escalating ones that require attention with proposals of next steps / solutions
Support vendor relationships (including ongoing project communications as well as financial areas such as purchase order and invoice management.)
Track and balance resource utilization and creative team capacity
Basic Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional areas.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner.
Experience managing creative development.
Knows project management principles, processes and tools
5+ years project management experience.
Strong written & oral communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
Broader project management experience across a variety of marketing initiatives, media channels (both traditional and digital) and cross-functional areas (such as product development and market research).

The Supply Planning Process Execution Team (SP PET) is accountable for developing and maintaining the 0 – 36-month supply plan for the site assets as part of the global end to end supply chain. This requires close collaboration with global planning and site process execution teams to ensure site capabilities are accurately understood, supply plans are well developed and able to be executed, and future targets are meaningful and achievable. The Senior Project Manager for the Supply Planning Process Execution Team (SP PET) is also accountable for: * Incoming direct materials planning and supplier management * All activities around import/export of materials and relationship management with the associated supply/customer production sites * All materials/production data management * Implementation and control of all new/changed packing materials graphics and associated documentation. * Project management of NPI's and major site initiatives * Leads and manages projects that support the Newark Supply Site and is responsible for all phases of a project including business justification, project initiation, planning, execution and closure. * Project responsibilities also include project team management, stakeholder management and project communications. The scope of work includes projects or programs related to new product introductions, brand life cycle initiatives, sourcing and asset strategy, and major supply chain compliance and transformation initiatives within a supply site or supply chain or across supply sites. The development of business cases for potential Operations projects is also part of this role. The position is required to interface with Global Operations colleagues on product launches or global initiatives and with the Americas commercial organization in support of brand projects. * Maintain effective employee relations and compliance to cGMP, other regulatory, and SOX requirements, as well as SHE obligations and AstraZeneca standards The role off the New Product Introduction Manager (NPIM): * Lead and deliver NPI projects at the launch site, according to NPI processes, to the agreed timelines and costs. * Project team management, stakeholder management and project communications. * Understand the customer needs and constrains and to act and lead in an environment with uncertainties and changing assumptions/requests. * Management and oversight of the process establishment to ensure both regulatory and commercial manufacturing readiness at the launch site. It also involves preparations, manufacturing and supply of launch stock to markets as agreed. * The scope includes both manufacturing and quality control and could cover one up to all steps in the Supply Chain, from drug substance, drug product to assembly and packaging. It also includes handover to BAU at the site. * Single point of contact from the launch site and the role holder will be expected to represent the launch site both internally (GST, GOLT, PDT/CMC teams) and externally when appropriate. * Shows enterprise leadership when integrating in Global teams like the GST and GOLT to deliver benefit and value cross functionally, regionally and globally. * May be the launch site representative in Global NPI process networks. * Lead, direct and manage Operations projects in support of business and operations strategies and improvement opportunities, including new product introductions, brand life cycle initiatives, sourcing and asset strategies, and major supply chain compliance and transformation initiatives within a supply site or supply chain or across supply sites * Align with and utilize the AstraZeneca Project Management Framework (PMF), including execution of all project phases (justify, initiate, plan, execute and close), serve as champion relative to AZ PMF, provide project management training as needed and use standard project management tools * Manage project resources and assign individual responsibilities * Develop and manage project plans, budgets and schedules * Manage changes to project scope * Identify and control project risks using the integrated risk management framework * Create and execute project stakeholder management and communications plans * Develop and manage high performing teams within Operations to implement projects * Utilize lean concepts and tools within the overall management of projects. Educate stakeholders on lean approach and embed lean concepts within solutions on projects. Continue to refresh Newark Site knowledge on lean concepts and tools. * Manage issues and negotiate conflicts within and across projects * Share best practices with other Operations Project Managers * Manage strategic partner relationships with internal and external customers as appropriate. * Suggest and develop opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness improvements to Site leaders, Supply Chain leaders and Operations project teams. * Lead the development of business cases for potential Operations projects. * Interface to and align with Global Operations on strategy development and project execution as required. * Act as a team member in Global team as GST and GOLTs. Collaboratively drive team activities forward and raise any potential GAPs/issues to relevant team * Coordinate the activities and decision-making processes of a diverse group of multi-functional Site experts. Understands complex technical issues and effectively communicates their impact to a wide audience within the organization. * Understand the implications of drug substance, product formulation, packaging configurations, anticipated volumes, third- party services and customer constraints. * Linking cross sites to other NPI-leads involved or for GES F&P to link with API * Lead and drive establishment activities (Technology Transfer of manufacturing processes of NPIs) at site and ensure completed to meet regulatory timelines and launch readiness, all in accordance to global and local NPI processes. * Facilitates the NPI project development process by providing other global team members with an understanding of the site's manufacturing capabilities * Lead and drive Site activities and preparations to successfully deliver launch material as agreed with Marketing Companies * Communicates the implications of multiple project execution on the organization; ensures all internal colleagues are aligned to provide equipment, materials, and services to support the completion of the project. * Support the global inspection readiness team for Preapproval inspection readiness of NPIs * Ensure that there will be smooth handover into business as usual and that there are minimum negative effects on * core business activities as a consequence of project execution * Share best practices with other Operations NPIM´s Qualifications: Education: * Four (4) year bachelor's degree required in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry or related science, or business related field. Required: * Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management and demonstrated knowledge in various aspects of the pharmaceutical industry usually including experience in at least two of the following areas: * Establishment phase: manufacturing management, supply chain management, product development, regulatory/quality assurance, and engineering * Launch phase: manufacturing management, supply chain management, logistics and distribution, finance or commercial. * Demonstrated project management skills * Proven experience in successfully delivering business-critical projects/programs involving cross-functional participants, stakeholders and organizations * Demonstrated ability to create detailed project plans, meet schedules and timelines, and handle multiple priorities.Ability to plan and execute multiple project tasks and multiple projects concurrently * Must have advanced proficiency in the use of MS Project for project management planning.Proficient in MS suite of software tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) * Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills * Demonstrated ability to foster high performance teamwork and establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with team members and all levels of management and/or represent the Department in key leadership forums. * Ability to drive results as well as take balanced risks and drive decisions. * Effectively cope with change and is comfortable changing direction and acting without complete information * Sound judgement, good business acumen and strong analytical skills * Dealing with a wide range of problems that require well developed conceptual thinking and judgement to find solutions. * Critical thinking, influence, negotiation, problem solving, strategic thinking, and leadership in a matrix environment. * AZ business processes and procedures.
