What you'll do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead key strategic projects or programs and will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration and accountability from project initiation through completion. This role requires strategic oversight and hands-on management of GTM projects & programs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and delivering results. You will be part of forming a new commercialization motion to enhance the organization's ability to transform innovative ideas into successful marketing offerings that resonate with customer needs and drive value realization.

• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of GTM projects & programs, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing. You will meticulously align the organization to ensure all departments are prepared to ideate, develop, market, sell, onboard, support, and measure the performance of GTM initiatives.

• Employ project management tools such as Monday.com, Aha!, and MS Project (O365 Suite) and methodologies to communicate status, track progress, oversee risks, mitigate roadblocks, and escalate concerns.

• Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure project outcomes against key performance indicators (KPIs), maximize benefits, and deliver on overall business objectives.

• Collaborate and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies, offering alternative approaches and adjusting as necessary in response to challenges or changes in business objectives.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing lessons learned into best practice recommendations for future project plans.

Who you are

• 7+ years of project management experience with at least 3+ years focused on GTM processes within a SaaS environment.

• Strong understanding of the overall GTM process, KPIs, and objectives, including market research, product development, marketing strategies, adoption, success, and sales execution.

• PMP, Pragmatic Marketing, or similar certification, preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive projects to successful completion. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, work as part of a cross-functional team, and engage effectively at all organizational levels.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (Monday.com, Aha!, MS Project), with a keen eye for leveraging technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Strong analytical capabilities are required for dealing with ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries with technical and non-technical partners. The ability to identify problems, analyze information, and propose solutions is key.
