General Information:
Hitachi Energy is seeking for a Senior Project Manager for it's Mount Pleasant, PA.
Your Responsibilities:
Review of contract, PO and quote.
Develop project schedule and freeze period with respective stakeholders (internal and external)
Manage orders as single point of contact for customers
Prepare project specific risk, and opportunities management
Prepare project deliverable master document list
Coordinate Engineering drawing submittals and customer approvals
Coordinate with Engineering and SCM to ensure orders are placed on time for sub-supplier for material procurement.
Review with SCM periodically on production plan of feeder factories and ensuring no slippages on production progress.
Coordinate Stage inspections (if any)
Follow-up on material shipment, material receipt at site and acknowledgment from sites for submission of any milestone billings.
Coordinate with stakeholders for Installation, testing and commissioning at site.
Coordinate and document change requests related to Scope of Work and get approvals for time extension, additional cost etc.
Project handing over, as-built drawings, commercial closure etc. and collection of PAC, close out of any open items & FAC.
Serve as main contact for customers in project, lead customer meetings and have technical understanding to address customer queries.
Ensure customer payments are timely and manage risk of overdue payments.
Project margin review and analysis.
Facilitate and schedule Factory Acceptance Tests when required.

Your Background:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' relevant experience.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
Strong HV and Dead Tank Circuit Breakers technical knowledge, desirable.
Experience in project execution or High Voltage Substation projects.
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence leaders and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure to deliver the projects with time, cost and quality.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in M.S. Office and SAP, preferred.
PMP certification, preferred.
