The Growth Marketing team at Zynga is looking for a Senior Project Manager - reporting to Zynga's Head of Conversion - who will be responsible for managing large-scale tests, projects and R&D initiatives that impact conversion. This person is an analytical and business-savvy project specialist who can independently manage multiple projects as well as communicate with various cross-functional stakeholders. This role is well suited for those who are extremely organized & efficient, are great communicators and foster a genuine desire to make an impact on the growth of our games' business from a performance marketing standpoint.
Work with UA Creative leadership (Head of Conversion, Central Creative Directors, Localization Manager) to establish a cadence for the regular delivery of new UA ad creative (video, display & playables) for all titles in multiple geos and multiple channels
Leverage organizational skills to support schedules and budget planning/reconciling
Work with Conversion team to establish quarterly tests for App Store Optimization Testing, manage the testing process and distribute results & learnings.
Manage regular communication with key cross-functional stakeholders regarding active projects, key findings and results.
Lead data gathering projects to establish a constant cadence of data being distributed to different teams. Experiment with different tools to increase efficiency
Manage tight delivery pipelines and schedules.
Research, explore and communicate best practices in efficiency. Lead the development of goals, standards, processes and feedback mechanisms.
6-10 years project manager experience, in a performance based team a plus
Excellent written & verbal communications skills

Team player, energetic personality, quality minded, focused, committed, able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment Passion for agile methodology Knowledge of other project management methodologies a plus
App Store Optimization experience a big plus

A strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
