About the Job:

As the company continues to grow, process and organization remain paramount to our success. In the new role of Senior Project Manager, Go to Market Calendar, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete Product Timeline, from concept inception, through warehouse delivery and Marketing. The role requires someone who is an expert at organization and operational execution, and can balance the art of holding people accountable while forming trusting relationships throughout the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the calendar and process of multiple seasons at different stages at the same time. You will need to be comfortable working with and influencing people across different levels, functional areas and personalities. Gaining a thorough understanding of each step and department in the go to market process, and developing close relationships throughout these teams will be integral to your success. The role will be critical to ensuring efficiency and process for ongoing growth and success of the business, and will report directly to the Interim President, working closely with department leaders cross-functionally.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Manage the Go to Market Calendar and all communication regarding shifts in workflow relative to the calendar

  • Drive product development project schedules from seasonal kickoff through go-live selling, collaborating closely with internal Product Design, Development, Sourcing, Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Operations and Marketing teams.

  • Maintain product development project schedules for all active projects and various seasons at a time, monitoring and driving critical milestones and ensuring each cross-functional team has an ongoing, thorough understanding of project status.

  • Schedule and facilitate key intersect meetings, including enforcement of meeting charters.

  • Coordinate project prioritization and successful launch strategies, working with all parties.

  • Maintain the processes of Bombas' approach to bringing products to market that balances speed, innovation, quality, and cost, constantly identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Proactively remove roadblocks for internal stakeholders in order to meet tight deadlines

  • Maintain and monitor launch schedules and launch plans documenting and following up on important actions and decisions

  • Build knowledge of cross-functional team needs and support team's ongoing examination of product launch process

  • Balance multiple seasonal calendars at a time

  • Act as team thought leader for building efficient methods of working, particularly in relation to go to market operations

  • Maximize the GTM process through pipeline innovation based on data analytics and reporting

  • Effectively and respectfully command the attention of business leaders, executives and founders, earning their trust through expertise and focus and escalating issues or changes as necessary

What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in project and/or calendar management, preferably for an apparel or direct to consumer brand

  • Proven track record for building process that is focused on being better, faster, and more effective

  • Keen ability to collaborate and serve as a trusted advisor

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google suites

  • Background in operations or creating and launching physical products a plus
