Senior Project Manager will support all physical plant construction, renovation, restoration, and major repair programs at any facility within the national health system. This position is knowledgeable in building systems and construction methods specifically in a health care environment.

This position develops concepts and plans for facility growth or change in service as well as capital upkeep and replacement. The key role of this position is advisor to each individual facility managing director to assist in growth planning and implementation, as it relates to buildings and facility campus. This position has responsibility to oversee other Assistant PM and Regional PM as assigned to provide guidance on project decisions and regulatory interface. A Mentoring relationship will be required.

Essential Job Duties Work closely with RVP, C-suite, RFM/DPO, FF&E and IT in the development of project scope and price. Differentiates between priority business needs and "nice-to-have???s" in order to assist in determining project priority and to resolve resource conflicts.

Works closely with user groups to learn all aspects of user requirements in order to provide effective advice and recommendation. Ensure projects are completed on budget and schedule and that the projects incorporate the latest Behavioral Health/Acute best practices. Have the ability to manage multiple, large projects at one time with some supervision.

Develop/engage project teams using a competitive RFP process. Assist in guiding project through local, State and Federal building restrictions and code compliance. Accurate budgeting, scheduling, logistics, ICRA, ILSM from conception through completion.

Follow the CAR/PAC process for pre-validation, validation and request for full funding. Take a leadership role in finding new methods/approaches to help execute work faster and more efficiently. Challenge assumptions and bring new ideas to the table that could benefit the entire department in executing our role.

Maintain a vendor ranking and ensure we reinforce success by re-engaging firms that perform excellent work and value the relationships in the system. Collecting historical cost and schedule data to utilize in predicting future cost and time to execute projects (send to corporate at projection completion). Ensure all parties on the project have executed a contract and have provided all the required insurances prior to commencing work. Ensure the highest ethical standards when dealing with our vendors.

Ensure vendors compliant with the terms of the agreement and that the business terms agreed are fair to both the vendor. Use business term guidelines.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of hospital construction experience required

Travel 25% to 50%; strong leadership skills; specific construction implementation experience, some development experience, code and permit knowledge, negotiating skills, strong interpersonal skills to lead vendors, solid business decision making skills.

The HRIS Project Manager is the primary point of contact between the HR business process owners and the HRIS Manager/team. The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance of the human resource information system (HRIS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Project Manager also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) from four-year College or University required. * Minimum 5 years of HRIS system knowledge required. * System Implementation experience is a huge plus. * Strong analytical and project leadership experience preferred. * HRIS experience working with Ultimate Software is preferred. * IBM Cognos experience strongly preferred * Experience with writing SQL statements and scripts preferred * Must be proficient with utilizing joins and writing complex filters and calculations Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Champion HR process changes and project decisions by key stakeholders to ensure optimal HR system configuration and stakeholder buy-in. * Develop reports using Ultimate Software, as well as perform data analysis * Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements * Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. * Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users. * Will provide technical and functional end-user support for Human Resource department and users as it relates to system improvements, utilization, functions, reporting, analysis, data conversion, potential new systems, interfaces, etc... * Estimate time requirements, establish deadlines and monitor milestone completion of all HRIS projects. * Liaison between HRIS and business units for technical support. * Coordinate with Payroll on all component company builds and tax set ups. * Create and maintain project schedules as they relate to ongoing HRIS initiatives. * Partner with Benefits on all earning and deduction build outs. * Maintain general ledger accounts in system and provide technical assistance in adding changes. * Manage stakeholder relationships; collaborate with HR management/teams and other business sponsors, project managers, business analysts, software developers and infrastructure teams. * Work collaboratively with other corporate departments, or, software engineers to build, enhance, and support integrations of HRIS systems with other clients systems. * Drives implementation of multiple, complex project/program initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve multiple program and project milestones within established timeframes. * Ensures consistent visibility for program and project teams by monitoring and reporting business objectives, program/project achievements, and key indicators. * Identifies and applies best practices and needed process improvements * Establishes efficiencies in program and project design when possible while ensuring company policies and procedures are in compliance. * In addition to the position responsibilities mentioned above, the individual has the responsibility to carry out individual tasks as requested which are of the nature of the job description or result of necessity of the business. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
