Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of assigned projects. The position requires strong business management skills and demonstrates leadership, knowledge of contracts, organizational and time management abilities, as well as excellent communication and client service qualities. The candidate must be able to independently manage construction projects with contract values of up to $80M.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent

• Minimum of 8 years’ Heavy Civil construction industry experience, with experience constructing structures, underground facilities, and highway paving projects.

• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, accounting, etc., plus an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units required.

• Thorough knowledge of Federal/State/Local Agency plans and specifications is required.
