Senior Project Manager Credit Risk Management
In this position, you will partner with the Chief Lending Officer and Chief Credit Officer to drive the design and implementation of policy and procedures related to credit data systems.
Primary responsibilities include:
Manage project timelines and strategic planning activities for key organizational initiatives and long-term project goals
Provide implementation support for credit portfolio and monitoring tools
Define the data required for accurate workflow processes; work with business lines to ensure proper system coding
Lead change management activities to ensure compliance with policy and improve operating controls
Partner with IT teams to drive process automation and ensure user roles and responsibilities accurately reflect data integrity goals
Work with cross functional teams to develop project scope, test plans, functional requirements and implementation strategies
Minimum 7 years project management experience required
Strong financial services knowledge; experience interpreting federal banking regulations and ensuring compliance
Demonstrated experience effectively coordinating system implementations
Highly motivated individual with ability to support and drive change
Superb interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain relationships, and work collaboratively with cross functional teams
Must possess high ethical standards with demonstrated integrity, tact, and diplomacy
Excellent communication skills with ability to think conceptually. Able to piece together financial information to assess for potential risks.
Must be able to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines in fast-paced, high demand environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other related degree preferred
PMO certification preferred
