What You Will Be Doing Helion is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee the permitting, planning, and execution of our commercial construction projects. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across Legal, Communications, Engineering, and other teams. You will be directly responsible for the successful delivery of the world's first commercial fusion power plant.

You will report directly to the Chief of Staff at our Everett, WA site. You Will: Execute on project planning, permitting, site design, and construction activities involved in the establishment of Helion commercial generators Maintain communication between Helion, local partners, regulators, and customers on project status and schedule Engage with contractors and Helion employees to plan, quote, and implement large-scale and parallel construction scopes of work Be the subject matter expert in Helion's construction processes Collaborate across Helion teams, including Engineering, Production, Test, Materials Management, Quality, Safety and Supply Chain to ensure smooth transition between construction, delivery, assembly, and turn-on of commercial projects Problem solve and strategize throughout the duration of Helion's commercial projects to ensure a safe, fast, and effective construction process Required Skills: 8 years of commercial construction or similar trade experience Manage General Contractors and Subcontractors Engagement with government and other permitting authorities Directly manage and implement on medium or large-scale construction projects LI-Onsite LI-AM1 Compensation and Benefits At Helion, we are committed to fostering a fair and equitable environment in every aspect of our operations, including compensation.

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to maintaining internal equity, ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. This is an exempt salaried role.
