Senior Project Manager - Concrete

California-based construction company specializing in high-value commercial work throughout the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee all aspects of their structural concrete projects throughout Central California with their office being based out of Fresno, CA. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project execution throughout the region including direct management of multiple project managers on various project sites.

Specific responsibilities will include client development, financial management, leadership and employee development along with ultimate responsibility for project outcome. Required Skills & Experience: 10-15 years of experience managing structural concrete for commercial projects such as high-rise buildings, parking garages, hospitals, schools, higher education buildings or similar. Proven track record of successful project execution.

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of construction scheduling, subcontractor management, budget creation, project buyout, and financial oversight. Ability to travel throughout Northern California and Pacific Northwest as necessary to help guide and develop projects. Working experience in Central California with knowledge of the Fresno and Bakersfield markets is strongly preferred.
