We are looking for an experienced commercial Project Manager who is responsible for partnering with the Superintendent on the project for on time/under budget work.

Daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the project(s) to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. Skills and Qualifications: Detailed Project List Required For Interview Five (5) plus years of construction experience.

Ground up preferred Preferred four (4) year degree in a construction-related curriculum. Possess an OSHA 10 or 30 certification. Proficient in Procore.
